Sometimes things pop up. LATE POLICY: Things happen! I give a 20 minute grace period. After that, a $35 late fee will be charged. I also hold myself accountable. If i run late over 20 minutes, I will knock off 10% off your entire service. CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: Once again, things happen! Cancellations within 48 hours will be forced to forfeit their deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours can be moved once on the same deposit, but if another rescheduling is needed, you will need to provide another deposit and will be forfeiting your first deposit. NO SHOW NO CALL WILL RESULT IN NO LONGER BEING ABLE TO SCHEDULE. I definitely show grace from time to time because I get that life can get crazy. So as long as there is a mutual respect we shall be all good! Can’t wait to meet you!

Cancellation Policy
